Stephanie Marrufo’s Pumpkin Cookies

With three little girls under five years old, and a fourth on the way, Stephanie and Andy Maruffo have a lot to think about! This holiday season, Stephanie has discovered a simple, yet festive way to celebrate.

Why not join in the fun and bake a batch of these kid-friendly pumpkin cookies, featured in this issue of “Honey In the Rock”. 

Cookie Ingredients:

  • 1 box spice cake mix

  • 1 15-ounce can of pure pumpkin puree

  • * optional chocolate chips

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Thoroughly mix together the cake mix and pumpkin (add in chocolate chips if desired)

  3. Scoop onto cookie sheet

  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes

  5. Let cool and enjoy
