What is the All-Star Club?

A monthly respite program for caregivers and an opportunity to make people with special needs (our All-Stars), the Star of the show!

Launching Saturday March 25th from 6-9pm

How can you be a part of this?

Our volunteer buddies are the most critical element in ensuring a fun and safe experience for our All-Stars. As a Buddy, you will have the incredibly rewarding job of spending 1on1 time with an All-Star – making sure they are enjoying the activities and friends that match their interests. Buddies don’t need any prior experience working with individuals with special needs. You will be assigned a Care Team member who will help you every step along the way as needed. Below is a list of things you will get to do as a Buddy.:

• Meet your All-Star, learn their name, and help them enjoy the various activities offered at the event based on their interests – sports, crafts, karaoke, etc.
• If they enjoy sports/activities, make sure they take proper rest and drink water as needed.
• If they enjoy karaoke, help them sign up on the list of singers with their song of choice.
• If they enjoy coloring projects or crafts, assist them or do the project along with them.
• Assist them in getting snacks.
• Find a member of our Care or Safety team if they need assistance using the restroom.
• Make sure they are reunited with their parent/caregiver prior to checkout and exiting the event.
