Saturday Night Church
My hope for the Saturday night gathering is that a new flow of people will begin to investigate Crossroads based on five factors: 1) it is “something new”, 2) the time of day and day of the week, 3) the natural style difference in music and host leadership, 4) a more casual arrangement of the space and 5) weekly communion.
I pray that those not in a regular churched “Sunday morning” mindset or routine as it relates to job or lifestyle commitments, will see this as an opportunity to engage in a worship gathering. I also hope that the core of “launch folks” from our current Sunday morning gatherings at CrossRoads will become integrated into the Saturday night gathering and feel comfortable to make that their Gathering home.

If you would like more information, Brent and Danny Heyen, who will be serving as the Hosts of Saturday Night Church, will be available in the lobby Sunday mornings. They will be happy to talk with you more about it.
As part of this new gathering launch, I am asking that at least 75 CrossRoads folks commit to being “short-term missionaries” to the Saturday night gathering. We need people who will agree to make this their primary gathering. We also need people who will volunteer to serve in some capacity. Please click on the "Sign Up Online" link above to indicate your willingness to attend and/or volunteer to serve.
